The First Series.
Joining the First Series is free. It is a reservation of a future build slot — not a purchase, preorder, or binding order, and no payment is taken when you join. If and when your build window opens, we will contact you; you choose then whether to confirm and pay for a racket. Until you confirm an order, either you or we may step away without obligation.
Product information.
T0 Hex is a custom-built product. Published variables such as target mass, swingweight and handle fit are targets and representative figures; final measured values are confirmed per unit. Specifications may change as the product develops.
Intellectual property.
All content on this site — including the Tier Zero and T0 names, logos, text, images, designs and the product itself — is owned by T0 Sports d.o.o. and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Website “as is”.
We aim to keep the site accurate and available but provide it “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Slovenia.
