Every Series Zero unit carries a serial that starts with T0H10 — generation 1, series zero — followed by its unit number. No later series will.

What is Series Zero?

Am I testing it for you?
No. Testing came before Series Zero opened. Your unit is built on our production process to a fixed spec and measured before it ships. What still evolves is the finish — never your numbers.
Why “Zero”?
In engineering, a zero series is the first run made on the production process, before it scales. It’s also where Tier Zero starts. Series Zero serials start with T0H10; no later series carries them.
Will later units be better?
They may look slightly different. Within Series Zero the spec doesn’t change. Spec changes only arrive with a new series, and Series Zero owners hear first.
