Sports equipment, built differently.
Made by TechnoFusion.
TechnoFusion is our own manufacturing process: advanced additive manufacturing fused with composite engineering. It lets us put mass where it works, build geometry molds cannot produce, and set the specification unit by unit. Our flagship product is the T0 Hex padel racket.
Built digitally.
Not molded.
Today’s padel rackets are molded by hand, in batches — built to an average, so no two quite match. We build differently: digitally, without molds, 100% in-house in the EU. Each one is made to a number and measured — so it matches the next, the handle fits your hand, the frame takes the hits, and we waste far less making it.
The process is TechnoFusion — moldless, digitally controlled.
Every unit ships with its own numbers.
T0 Hex is a padel racket built around the variables players feel first. You choose mass and fit. We build, then measure. Your unit ships with its own numbers.
What TechnoFusion makes possible.
Effective mass, not dead mass.
The striking face is a fiber-dominant laminate: high fiber content, lean resin. The mass in the face is fiber doing structural work, not resin filling space between it. Resin adds weight without adding response — so we keep it to what the structure needs.
Mass where it works.
Mass saved in the face is not lost — it is relocated. Placed outward, toward the sides of the hoop, it steadies the head through off-centre contact and widens the part of the face that plays like the middle. Additive construction lets us place it deliberately, unit by unit, instead of accepting wherever a mold leaves it.
Geometry led by function.
A mold fixes one shape and pays for itself over thousands of identical units. Without molds, shape becomes a free variable: the concave hoop, the hex throat and the internal structure exist because each does something. Control moves out of the mold and into the process parameters — measured, held and repeatable.
A specification you set.
Target mass and handle fit are chosen before your unit is built, not picked off a shelf. Four handle shapes, five target masses, set per unit at production time — with no tooling cost for the variant.
Built to a number.
Shipped with it.
Every unit is built to your target mass, with a swingweight engineered to be consistent across units and verified by measurement before it ships. The spec sheet is the product promise in three lines — it represents your future unit, not a registry of past ones.
Swingweight is controlled and measured on every unit — so every racket plays the same. You configure.

A build slot, not a checkout.
You reserve a build slot, not pay for a racket. When your build window opens you receive a private invitation, configure your unit — target mass, handle fit — and pay only then.
Slots open as production capacity opens — no countdowns, no percent bars. Every reserved slot becomes a numbered unit, built to your spec and measured before it ships.
“Tier Zero started with a batch we ordered ourselves. We bought custom rackets from an established manufacturer, then measured them — and the ‘same’ model varied by 15 grams in weight and 8 swingweight points: completely different rackets to play with. That’s when we understood the real problem — rackets are built by hand, to an average, so the variation is baked in. So we rebuilt production from zero, without molds: every racket built to a number, measured, the same every time. The First Series is where it starts.”
