Tier Zero Sports Equipment is a founder-led company in Slovenia, EU. We build premium custom sports equipment from first principles. We make T0 Hex.
Tier Zero started with a batch we ordered ourselves. We bought custom rackets from an established manufacturer and measured them — and rackets of the ‘same’ model came back 15 grams apart in weight and 8 swingweight points apart: completely different to play with. Looking closer, we saw why — rackets are molded by hand, built to an average, so variation is baked in. We knew it could be done better, so we rebuilt production from zero. That became TechnoFusion: digital, moldless, in-house — equipment engineered to the player’s numbers and built the same every time.
