This Privacy Policy explains how T0 Sports d.o.o. (“Tier Zero”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through tierzerosports.com.
Who we are.

What we collect.
When you join the First Series, we collect the email address you submit. If you provide them, we also store your name and the racket configuration you selected (target mass and handle fit). We do not ask for payment information on this website. We may also process limited technical data (such as your IP address and basic request logs) that our hosting provider records to operate and secure the site.
Why we use it, and our legal basis.
We use your details only to manage the First Series reservation list and to contact you about your build slot and related updates. Our legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time.
How it is stored and shared.
Form submissions are received and stored by our website and form provider, Netlify, which may process data on servers outside Slovenia, including outside the EU/EEA, under appropriate safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses). We do not sell your data and do not share it for third-party marketing. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the site, and only as needed.
How long we keep it.
We keep your details until you ask us to delete them or until the First Series program ends, after which we remove or anonymize them.
Your rights.
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data; restrict or object to processing; request portability; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email hello@tierzerosports.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, ip-rs.si).
