Proprietary Foam and carbon innovation stack

Everything you feel at contact — how the ball loads in, how fast it leaves, how clean the touch is — is decided by the pairing of the foam core and the carbon face stack. Ours is a proprietary pairing: core and plies selected and tuned together for energy return, consistency, and sweet spot. Which foam, which plies, in what order — that stays ours. TechnoFusion is what makes the pairing possible, and what molding can’t reproduce.

The principles are open. The recipe stays ours.

The hoop section is drawn inward instead of bulging outward. Inside the same legal width, less of the frame is dead perimeter and more of the face works — the effective sweet spot grows without growing the racket.

The Bridge

A control point for your second hand.

The throat — the part that joins the head to the handle, which padel coaches call the “heart” of the racket — is where your non-dominant hand rests. We shaped it concave on purpose: it bridges head and handle and gives your free hand a secure, ergonomic place to hold and guide the racket.

In padel there’s rarely time for a big swing. Your non-dominant hand on the throat controls the racket head — it sets your shoulder turn, steadies the frame, and helps you play a compact, controlled shot. It counts most on the backhand and on fast, defensive returns, where control of the head decides the point. The better the throat fits your second hand, the more control you keep on exactly the shots where you can’t swing.

Hex throat grid.

A conventional throat is one stiff junction. The hex grid replaces it with defined load paths — controlling how force and vibration travel into the handle. That control is the feel: engineered and repeatable, designed in rather than left to the layup. It pays off on your worst contact, too — catch the ball low in the throat and the grid still returns it predictably, where a traditional throat goes dead and random.

A handle that fits your hand.

The four T0 Hex handle fits — real wrapped handles standing in a row.

Two simple choices set your fit — the shape of the grip and the end of the handle. Together they make the four fits.

Shape · octagonal vs oval

Octagonal grips (A, B) have flat sides you can feel, so you always know where the face points. Oval grips (C, D) are rounder and turn more easily in the hand — quicker grip changes.

End · standard vs flared

A standard end (A, C) sits flush for a clean feel. A flared end (B, D) gives your palm something to push against — extra leverage on smashes and overheads.

Swingweight — how it feels to swing.

Weight is how heavy the racket is on the scale. Swingweight is how heavy it feels when you actually swing it — and that’s what really decides how a racket plays. Two rackets can weigh the same and swing completely differently. Most makers let it drift from racket to racket. Because we build and measure every racket ourselves, we keep it the same — so every T0 Hex feels the way it should, and the next one feels like the one you loved.

Lighter to swing = faster and easier to react; heavier to swing = more power and more stability on contact. It’s also the head speed you turn into spin.
