The reason to exist.
We were tired of the limits of traditional sports equipment manufacturing. Hard molds fix one shape and one specification, then repeat it thousands of times. So we built a new process from zero — one where shape, material distribution and process control are ours to set. That process is TechnoFusion.
Built differently. Because performance demanded it.
Build from zero.
Delete everything. Rebuild only what drives performance. The racket is not an iteration of an old racket — it is the answer to a list of variables.
Form follows function.
Every visible feature exists because it does mechanical work. Concave hoop, hex throat, four handle fits — geometry first, appearance as a consequence.
We thank the industry for bringing performance this far. We'll take it from here.
Production, rebuilt from zero.
Every racket is designed, built, and measured in-house, in the EU — digital and moldless. Because we own the whole process, “custom” and “repeatable” become manufacturing, not marketing — and it’s what makes ±1 g mass and ±1 pt swingweight, the same racket every time, possible at all. Less hand labor, tighter QC, and geometry conventional methods can’t reach.
Decorative paint, cosmetic theatre, inventory guesses.
“Tier Zero started with a batch we ordered ourselves. We bought custom rackets from an established manufacturer, then measured them — and the ‘same’ model varied by 15 grams in weight and 8 swingweight points: completely different rackets to play with. That’s when we understood the real problem — rackets are built by hand, to an average, so the variation is baked in. So we rebuilt production from zero, without molds: every racket built to a number, measured, the same every time. Series Zero is where it starts.”
